Would you like to present your poster at the Health and Quality Register Conference?

On the occasion of the Health and Quality Register Conference 2025, we encourage all central health registers and national medical quality registers to submit posters.

Possible themes for posters include:

  1. Use of health registry data for quality improvement. Both completed, ongoing, and planned projects can be presented.
  2. Use of health registry data for health monitoring, emergency preparedness, and management of health services. Both completed, ongoing, and planned projects can be presented.
  3. Presentation of results from the registry (focusing on key quality objectives within the registry).
  4. Presentation of research based on registry data.
  5. For newly established registries, the purpose and design of the registry can be presented.

Upon registration, we request a brief summary of the poster content in relation to themes 1-5 above.

Registration should be sent to servicemiljoet@skde.no by the deadline of 20 August 2025.

In case of space limitations, we will prioritise participation based on the order of registration and those who have completed the summary of poster content.

A professional committee prize of £10,000 will be awarded for the best poster.

Posters can be displayed throughout the conference on 23 and 24 September 2025. Time has been allocated to view posters during breaks, and the person responsible for each poster will be asked to be available for questions during the break on 24 September from 10:30 to 11:15, when a poster walk is scheduled in the programme.

Poster size - 96x138 cm – maximum size for our poster boards.
